In the next week or 2 I will be turning off my old NT domain and switching all the machines over to a new AD structure.

Due to the way the place is setup, we haven't been able to run mixed mode or put trusts between the old and the new.

All the users data already lives on a new 2003 server.

What I'd like to do is find some way of exporting all the permissions into a document as of course when I join the file server to the AD all the old NT permissions will disapear.

I'm sure there's a easy way to do this, but I just don't know how.

You can send output from the SHOWACLS or the XCACLS tool to a text file. This should produce a report listing the ACLs for you server folders
