Exporting addresses from PAB

Hi,

I need to extract the addresses in someones personal address book. The addresses are in a distribution list within the PAB.
I have tried exporting to a contacts folder but this does not extract the addresses within the distribution list.
All our clients are running Outlook 2000 and we have Exchange 2000 as the email server.
In the end, I would like to export the whole lot to a csv file.
Am I starting in the right place?
