Exporting Address Lists...HELP Please

I need to export my recipients list in a csv format to send to our head office in the US but I can't remember how to do it! Can anybody point me in the right direction please. I went into directory export but to me it looked like it was going to export the actual mailboxes and not just the names and email addresses.
Any help would be very welcome.

no, you're ok doing that. Tools, Directory export, then choose the server(s) and containers you want to export. After the .csv file is created, just delete any columns you don't want.
