Exporting a tbl into a txt document

I am trying to export a table into a text document. Everytime the table is exported, some of the fields lose their decimals. Is there a way to fix this? I have the fields as text containing 2 decimals. I would like to keep these fields as text if that is possible because this tables gets information imported into it. Please help me if you can.

If you specify a mask for the fields, they should export correctly. As an example, say you have a text field with a length of 6 which is to hold a number with 2 decimal positions. If you specify a mask as ####.## the field will export with all positions intact including the decimal point.
