I see that a user LaWindsurfer has asked on the thread thread807-1826134 about exporting a Sidekick file with the ContactLog/Notes

I have explained the process in the following FAQ on this site: faq807-1409 but I must add that you need to install Sidekick97/Internet Sidekick on a computer running WindowsXP or less as it won't run on anything later.
