Exporting a report

Can you tell me how this is done? Sounds like possibly an option for us to export a report. Just for the record, we're using Business Objects r1 and Crystal Reports 11.

do you want to do the export out of the designer,, or out of the crystal reader? In the designer,, it is file, the choose the export option,, and "pick your poision", of what type of file to export it into.
 
Sorry, I don't think I was very clear in my question. I can export a report fine (if necessary) after actually viewing the report, but I thought I interpreted that earlier response to another thread as advising on "automatically" exporting the report (without viewing first), but think I may have found a possible solution. Not sure yet though, but thanks for your help!
