I have a report that has about 5 pages. It is 5 delivery routes. Each page of the report is a different route by using the "Force new page" property for each route.

My question is, can I export the report to an excel spread sheet and have each page be a different sheet in the spread sheet? Now when I export it, all 5 routes show on the first sheet of the spread sheet, and then I have to cut and paste to new sheets from there.

Someone may have an easier way, but after exporting to Excel, you could have code in Access open the workbook and reformat the one sheet into multiple sheets. I assume the report is something that you want to be able to PRINT from Access as well as EXPORT? If not, you could skip the report part and have code build your Excel book. I have also used an Excel workbook that has lots of pretty formats, etc. as my template, then opened in Access and wrote data into the cells.

Good Luck,
Wayne
