I have report that has a .jpg image (a company logo). When I export the report using the DoCmd.Output To the report is saved to a .rtf but the logo is not included.

Is there anyway to export the report file and have the logo included?

Thank you in Advance.

You will have to save the report either in Snapshot format (which has a free viewer) or in .PDF format to get images, lines, etc to be saved down with the report data. Please remember to give helpful posts the stars they deserve!
This makes the post more visible to others in need! [thumbsup2]

These reports will be e-mailed to a variety of recipients who will not have Snapshot Viewer or Adobe Acrobat.

If the .pdf option is used and the recipient opens the file, will they be prompted to download Adobe Acrobat?

You can always go to Adobe's download page, copy the link, and type in your message that those unable to view the file need to follow the link (which you would paste in the message) and install the Acrobat viewer.
