Hi,

Is there a way to have a report export to a Comma-delimitted file without having the user run the report, click on the export option and choose the type of export file? I want the user to be able to run this report and have the export file create automatically. I would also like to do this in Crystal reports, not having to use VB or some other program to code it.

Thank you in advance,
Marie

No, Crystal doesn't have a scheduling facility, unless a compiled version supports this (which I haven't used in years).

There are numerous scheduling programs:

Or you might use a macro program to automate the process (plenty of freebies out there).

Crystal Enterpri$e is the product that CD sells, but it's very pricey.
