My report retrieves data from a query that shows questions and answers. The report has among others, 2 text files (for the question and the answer) with properties can grow =yes and can shrink =yes.

When I preview the report, the data in the text boxes are ok.

The problem is when I export the report in MS WORD (.rtf format). When I check the .rtf file some words are missing. Actually, in SOME questions and answers the last word(s) is/are missing.

Answer:
I believe there is a limitation to what can be brought over in an RTF.

To find out how many characters that limit is.
In Access highlight the same characters
Then open a new blank Word doc and paste the characters in there.
Then click the "File" Menu "Properties" (in Word 2000)
Click the "Statistics" TAB and it will show a number of stats about the characters.

I don't know if there is a fix or not.
