Exporting a list of diverts 1

Hi,

The call has come from higher management asking for a list of all diverts/divert no answer setup on our CS1000. They want this because a lot of out of date diverts are in place and they think this is easier than getting a list of them off the users.

Is this possible? and if so how?

If you mean for the phones the just print a TNB then run it through the conversion utility from

http://ghtrout.com/

this will Excel your TNB. Then just look at columns for Call Forward, internal and external Hunts/Forwards.

When you mean print a TNB is that just

Enter

Then convert everything that comes out?
