exporting a crystal 8.5 report

What .dll's does Crystal reports 8.5 need to export a report to .pdf? On a Client's server (server is Win 2000) I can export a report when there is no data linked. When I link to data (SQL server or an Access database) I can preview the data but when I export to a .pdf I receive "Failed to export the report" error. I am able to export to Excel, Word ... haven't tried the others. Works like a charm on my local machine but not on the client network. What am I missing? Thank you in advance.

There are 3 .dlls that need to exist on the client workstation to be able to export to PDF:
