Exported Report in RTF: CR 2011 vs. CR 11.5

I created a report in CR 11.5 a year ago and it looks perfect when i export it to RTF and bring it up in Word 2010. We have just recently upgraded to CR 2011, and when I export the same report Word has a hard time interpreting it. In addition it is placing random page breaks throughout the details section of the report. I have run out of ideas as to why this is happening, any suggestions?
