Exported file name changes case

I just noticed this for the first time. It appears that some versions of Crystal change the case of the file name to all lower case when you export to PDF. I have seen this in v10 and in v11 but in v12 a mixed case file name is kept in mixed case.

Anyone know of an option or registry key to control this?
