exported CDROM

hi,

I have exported a cdrom filesystem from a server(F50) to be accessed by other RS/6000 servers. Have successfully mounted/imported the cdrom filesystem on the servers but when I tried to go to 'smitty install' I can't read the content of the imported cdrom filesystem. What shall I do?

process taken:
F50(serverA) : mount /cdrom
on other server:
mkdir /ibm_cd
mount serverA:/cdrom /ibm_cd (or through smit nfs)
