Export .wav from Call Pilot requires Telset connection?

Hi there,

We are trying to export our .wav file menu recordings from Call Pilot's Application Builder and we are receiving an error message indicating that, "A telset connection is required to export a voice item".

Does anyone know what this means and how we can get past this?

When you open a voice item, it will prompt you for a phone number CallPilot can call you at. In order to "download" a voice item as a wav file, you must have this phone session established. You can upload without it.
I have all of my files downloaded so that I can copy the same voice recording to each CP and it makes restoring easier as well.
 
That procedure is the most retarted thing in CallPilot. I do not know why they are unable to have an export button in App Builder without having a telset connection established...
