i am trying to export an InDesign file to an interactive PDF. By that i mean i have buttons set up to link to other pages in the PDF. the problem i have is that i have a video file, and when i play it in the PDF the white turns grey. so video preview is there the way it should be, but when you click play it turns grey. is this a compression issue from InDesign to PDF? i have tried everything. help please
