Export user mailbox

Morning,

I have an exchange server at work (not sure of version, believe 2007) and looking to find out how to export a user mailbox from the server? Or should that be done from the client? Looking for the best process to accomplish this task. Need submit that for sarbox policy.

Normally if the server is 2007 you'd have to install the Exchange 2007 tools on a 32-bit workstation and while logged on as a user specifically delegated with export permissions and run the export using PowerShell commands as detailed here:

You wouldn't want to detail it being done from Outlook for SarbOx, you'd want an "admin-level" solution that allows all exports to be done from one location.
