Not sure if this is possible but I would appreciate any help on the matter.

I have a table containing candidate details (address, phone numbers, etc) and I have created a report which displays this information. Each page of the report displays a different candidates details. Is it possible to create a button on the report to export the current candidate report into MS Word which would then allow further data to be typed in Word? I dont wish to save the new data entered in word in the database it is just additional information. Any help provided would be a great help.

If u use Office 2K it's very easy ... look at the :
The Access Data Retrieval Sample Add-in is a sample COM add-in designed for use with Microsoft Excel 2000, Microsoft Word 2000, and Microsoft PowerPoint® 2000.

If you are using 97 you can put your data to a WORD doc via VBA (if so keep asking for infos)

If you are using Office 2000 install the COM addin supplied by Microsoft (AccData.exe 136k)
A word doc is included to explain you how to install/use it.
You'll be able to insert a table with a Access Table or Query as a source.
