Export to Word (words are cut)

I have a report that I am exporting to Word. But sometimes the final word of a line (of a field that has the property 'can grow' set) are cut. When I preview in Access they are there, but when I export to word they are not.
I notice that if I change the size of this field I will have the same problem, but not with the same record or word.

Any ideas ? How can I solve this ?
