Hello,
I have access report which has somecolumns in page1 and rest of columns in page 2. When I export this to word, i see all the column, but when I print it, it only prints one page. Please advice.
Thanks

Any chance the Access report is being driven from a form, and the form closes prior to the printing...so therefore the second page doesn't get through?

Thanks tom,
No this is strictly access report running to two pages. I am stuck....

Thanks Again,
Theres no code for this. When I was designing the report, I had first set of columns in one page and second set of columns in another. It exports fine to word, but the only problem is when printing, it prints first page only.

I have generally found that exporting an Access report as an .rtf file had problems. I think that, somehow, the formatting gets messed up in translation, and that particularly applies to page headers, columns, etc.

For example, as a test, I just exported a two page report. The .rtf file shows 3 pages, with one line on page 2 and the rest shoved down to page 3. Why??

You might have better success doing a Mail Merge from Word.

Tom

Thanks for your help,
I will try..
