Export to PDF with group tree

Hello,

I am new to crystal reports but we have existing formats previously developed. The data source we have is ClearQuest 7.0.1.2. We are currently manually running the reports and exporting to PDF.

The main problem the users have is the export does not have the group tree. I have read in other threads that there is an option to set "Create bookmarks from group tree", but I have not been able to find it. When I open Crystal Reports there are only options for exporting to excel.

Any direction on this is greatly appreciated.

Export to pdf is available in version 11.

However, export to pdf with bookmarks (group tree) is available only in 11.5 (XI R2) or later.

There is one Report Manager (see list at

http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html)

that can generate bookmarks in pdf exports even for Crystal 11 and earlier versions.
