Export to pdf option missing

One of the employees in our organization doesn't have full Adobe Acrobat writer installed on her machine but has the free version Adobe Reader - we use database solution called iMIS - where we have a repository of crystal reports. She wants to be able to export out the report in pdf format but that option is not present for her. Of course she doesn't have cystal reports installed on her machine.

I was told that - 'export to pdf' option is a function of Crystal, and it doesn't depend on having Adobe of any sort installed.

Please help me, with what am I missing.

To export successfully to PDF, the exportmodeller.dll and crtslv.dll files must be present on the computer running the reports and must be registered. For more information, refer to kbases c2009297 and c2009165 and c2010117

Note that PDF is only available fon CR 8.5 and later.
