Export to PDF just stopped working, no error?

Hi everyone, I'm using Crystal 8.5 with a VB 6.0 application and SQL 2000.

This functionality worked fine at one point, and it still works fine for some people, however, it appears as though at some point it just stopped working. It can still be selected from the Export drop down list, but the 'Save As' dialog box never comes up and the user is just left there hanging as if nothing happened.

Has anyone experienced this? And, if so, found a resolution to this problem?

The way it works in CR 8.0 is that you go to printer setup and select Adobe Distiller. Then when you want to create the .pdf file, just click print. It should launch distiller and create the .pdf file. Then you just go to file, save as and you're good to go.
