Is there an easy way to export an Access Report to a PDF file? All the access books I have don't mention anything about PDF export. What I have, is a report where you type in the member ID and it displays a report based on that, on screen. However, instead of displaying it on screen, I want to export it to a certain directory and have it autonamed according to the memberID. (example: member ID = 7 FILE name would be: Filename-7.pdf)

thanks.

Have a look at the various, often free, PDF printers available online. I have found PDFCreator useful. If you are upgrading to 2007, you can use the PDF creator built in to that version.

Try bullzip.com for a completely free, feature rich PDF "printer" solution. Even free for commercial use, according to the website, which many other freeware offerings are not.
