I'm trying to use Officelinks to export a report to MS word. However, the content of the field in the report (which is extracted from the database) is really long. The field extended over to more than one page. When I generated the report, it looks fine in the snapshot format but when it is exported to MS Word, the format changed and there are always 1-2 lines more than a page before the page number appears. That means every page is a bit longer than one page and resulting a huge blank space between page 2 and 3, page 4 and 5, and so on.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I tried changing the page setting and all the setting in the report but didn't seem to work.
