I am using CRW 6.0 and when I export a report to an MS Access 2000 database nothing goes into the table, in the mdb file, but yet I get no error messages in Crystal! Any suggestions? Do I need to update my drivers?

You could try exporting from Crystal Reports to a CSV file and then importing the information from the CSV file into MS Access.

Cheers

Are you using ODBC to export to MS Access?
It should create a new table in the MDB.

paulcallaghan: From the Seagate website:-

If you need to report from an Access 2000 database (this includes exporting to it - dcm!) you will need to upgrade to Crystal Reports version 7 Maintenance Release 1 or later. These versions ship with the Crystal Microsoft Access drivers compatible with Access 2000. The Crystal Microsoft Access drivers are the P2bdao.dll, P2irdao.dll and P2ctdao.dll.

Hello

One other thing you can do is to download the Access 2000 drivers. Although it says for version 7 MR1, it is also documented here that these will work for eariler versions of crystal reports. You can down load from this link.

Hope this helps.

cheers
