Export to HTML in CR 8

When using CR 6, we used to export reports to HTML and have them published as one continuous page. In CR8, they've added a feature to export HTML as seperate pages--which is great, but we still need to export to one page. We turn off the 'seperate page' checkbox, but now when we export it we get two breaks and two non-breaking spaces where the page break should be. These seem to be remnants of the seperate page feature that are not disabled when unchecking the checkbox. We're exporting to HTML 3.2.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
