Export to FLV or WMV - Red Flash

I am exporting my premiere pro cs3 file to both flv and wmv, and I get a red flash that appears on two occassions at exactly the same spot in both exported files. At both these points there are no edits, they are appearing randomly it seems.

Anyone help, please?

Any chance there is a corrupted frame at that point?

how do I know if a frame is corrupt? When I export the file to a Quicktime.mov the red flash frame is not there.

Looking at the clip at maximum resolution might show something.

Checking the clip properties in the Project window might show if there is a dropped frame.

Removing a few frames at the point where the problem occurs and exporting a test section using the work area bar might also help you decide if it is something to do with your footage (which is my current expectation) rather than something else.
