Export to Excel

Hi,

We have a Crystal Report that's been used for awhile. Now we decided to export it to excel but no data is exported. The file created is blank.

Dumb question, maybe:
When viewing the report does data appear?
Other questions:
Does the pageserver ( or jobserver if a scheduled run) have sufficient rights to the target directory?
Can you print the report? Export in any other format?

Are you using Crystal Enterprise, or just Crystal Reports?

What version?

Have you applied the patches?

turkbear - data appears in my screen and i can print it but not export to any format.

synapvampire - we have enterprise. I'll try to download the patches and see if it works. tks.

OK, another dumb question( or 2):
When you installed CE did you install all the Export options?
What happens when you click on the Export button?
