Export to Excel values are spread

When I Export the the results from a querry in Access2000 to Excel 2000. Some values are spread out into
two colums when they should only be in one. How can this happen?
 
this can happen because of spaces, comma's, or ', and " or multiple ' & " in a field... look at your data to see if these are in there at all...

personaly, i tell my users to alwas use a ' in records, and i use just " in my code... just one problem in code, to have a sub string where one might use ', i have to use "" (yes, two right next to each other...) it works for me... and it's just a thought for you...
