EXPORT TO EXCEL THROUGH ACTIVE-X CR

I m trying to export my report to excel throuth active-x control ( CR 4.5) but i cant. I can do this from designer only. At the requirements , it says that its needed XFXLS.DLL to export to Excel format but i cant find this library neither in my HD nor in the Visual Basic Proffesional Edition 6.0.
Does anyone know that's the solution to that?
