Hi All

Can someone suggest solution to my problem on export to excel

For my entire report I see 1 row data and then 2-3 empty rows.

Although no data is missing , its just that i want to avoid those empty rows.

Here is what my formatting looks like.
I have data in Header A , Header B, Page Header A , page Header B, group header is suppressed, Details is suppressed and then data in Group Footer A. Page footer and report footer also suppress.

How ever this doesn't happen when i export to data only excel option.

Kindly suggest

Do you have empty space in the frames you do want to export?

It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options.

You need to select all objects in the row->right click->make same size->height. Also just above that, choose align->bottoms. Then attach all to a vertical guideline and move them to the top of the section. Then bring up the bottom of the section to nest against the bottom of the fields. If you want to eliminate columns between data, attach each field to horizontal guidelines on both sides, and attach neighboring fields to the same guideline.
