Export to csv

Hi Guys,

We have been asked to provide a report in .csv export form to allow an automated system to process the file. Unfortunately whan we export to .csv it places "" (Quotes) aroung all the data. Is there a switch to stop this happening - CR8.5

You can try to choose not comma-, but character-separated values as export format. This should result in a popup-window where you can specify separator (e.g. ,) and delimiter (default is "). Deleting the quotes-entry should work fine.
Nevertheless I don't know if this is also possible when scheduling and configuring the report in crystal management console (Crystal Enterprise). Configuration and export possibilites differ from CR.
