Export to CSV with no delimiter issue in ePortfolio CE10

When exporting a report to Comma Separated Values (CSV) format through the ePortfolio, if no delimiter is entered (null), the Report Instance shows Running forever (it seems frozen and not-responding).

Details: Initially with Crystal Reports v10.0.0.533 - export from CR10 as a csv with no delimiter works fine but, when scheduling the report through ePortfolio CE10...report instance runs forever (i have 5 instances that are still running since yesterday - i have deleted the instances but it seems that they are still running in the back-ground...please let me know of a way to kill those instances - thus, i've created another problem while getting through the first...). Anyway, i applied sp2 and the CR10 report export takes forever for about CE10...then i read an article in your KB (fix in SP3) thus, applied SP3...so now i'm back to the first situation where CR10 export is working fine CE10 just goes on forever...(plus, i'm afraid to run anymore instances as i don't want to blow up our server)...please help.


 
You might try the character seperated values and use a comma.

Otherwise I'm unfamiliar with this problem.
