Export to ASCII file causes Oracle error

We are using Crystal Reports 8.5 from Delphi program on Oracle 8i database

When we trying to export report to ASCII file we get an error 'Table or view is missing' (perhaps it is Oracle error).

This report could be printed but not exported.

The most strange observation that is it works perfect on some of the computers but not on all.

Perhaps you're not getting some DLL's properly installed/registered?

Or maybe a difference in the MDAC?
