Export the Document Library in SharePoint 2003

Hi everyone

I have a problem. I would like to set up many many Document Librarys on my SharePoint Site. It would be hard work to configure every Library and if i have to make a change, i have to apply it to every Library.
Now my question is, if there is a way to export one Document Library which i can share after with all my subsites so i dont have to configure every single one.
The content shouldnt be the same of them, only the design and the configuration...
