Export the data to a specific sheet in Excel

Hi,
I am using a simple code as below
Open "c:\Epi.Xls" For Output As #1
Then everytime i use a print #1 and get the data to the excel from my grid that has the value.
Now i think i need to use it as an excel object. Could you please provide me a sample code to do this.
