Export tables that contains text datatype?

Hi!

What's the best way to export tables that contains long textfields (text datatype) to textfiles.

Can I use XML and get schema description separate?

Is there an easy way to export a database with data and table descriptions as XML?

Any other ways?

Using SQL Server 2000 and the data contains swedish characters.
