Export Table to TEXT file and right-justify the output

I'd like to export a table data to a text file (fixed-width) and would like to RIGHT-JUSTIFY - space or zero filled the outcome (numbers or currency fields). Would anyone know how to do it? Thank you...

Thanks for your input. I did try the format function (table-fields property), and on display they look okay (right justified and all). But when exported to text-file, the text alignment is gone...
