Hi,
with the export wizard or a dts package, I
want to export an sql database to an
access database situated on an ftp site
other than the sql server. But when the
sql server asks the destination to put the
access db, he always opens my computer.
How can I change this?
thank you for answering
I am not sure it will work or not, but give it a shot.

Step 1.
Select the
Data Source.
Server
Database
(You dB that you are exporting from.)
Next
Step 2.
Select the Destination as Ms. Access.
Then select the filename to browse.
At the select file type your ftp server name
It will try to search your network and try to locate the ftp server.(It might ask you for userid and passwd)
Then browse to the Ms. Access dB.
The rest same for any dB.
Good Luck.
Dr. Sql
vpathisseril@yahoo.com

Good Luck.
