Is there a way to export these buttons?
I want to export them from mcd 5, and import to mivoice business 8.
We have lots of phones, i can't/ wouldn't do it for all of them manually when migrating starts.

Are there external tools (or cloud services ) which have API's for these kind of things?

These= full control over all numbers used by the system.

To give you an example (for mcd 5, maybe it's solved in 8 or 9??)
I want to know where number 1234 is used.
Locate numbet 1234 does only say where it's directly used.
What I don't see is that the number is programmed as speeddial x on station y,
Or member of group z etc.

There should be an export object in the top right of the System Speed Calls form. Well, at least it's there in R7.2

I don't think your post is entirely clear.

It sounds like you are looking for 2 things

A way to export the Keys on the phones
- Easily done via the Multiline Keys forms.

A way to identify where numbers are in use - Locate Number XXXX
The Locate number command will tell you what form to look in to find the number you are looking for. It is expected that you would then know how to find the number in that form.

@crich01 . Ah. I didn't explain myself correctly: I mean how to export all programmed keys of each phone in the system.

It's nice to migrate 3300/mcd5 to mivoice bus.8 with micollab (AD integrated)
But I find it unbelievable that we should reprogram all keys, of hundreds of phones, manually.

@kwbMitel: 'multiline export' was what I was looking for. big thanks. Some things can be easy:)
The locate number xx does not provide all info on one particular number. As I mentioned before.
Which I think is a huge flaw in the Mitel system design.

What I was wondering about was if there is a realtime application to look into the 'Mitel database'.
A scheduled export of all exports available in the system would also help. Then I can do some offline excel macro stuff to get a daily sheet with all info of all our systems and gateways.

Can you give a specific example of a number that your having difficulty finding.

I'm sure Locate Number tells you all you need to know. You then need to know how to search the specific form (or what form may apply)

I suspect you are seeing Non- Prime and that you do not know to use the form Multiline Group Assignment to search for non-prime lines

I agree, I am not familiar to all search options.

Example: where is 8888 programmed in the system?

LOCATE NUMBER 8888
The number refers to a remote directory number.

This number also has an entry in a key of a phone.
The system now has no way to see the difference between the string programmed below and the 8888 part in it.

key 1, of phone 1234
User Speedcall
##218888

OK if the system tells you it is a Remote Directory number you should enter the following command

Locate extension XXXX

This will return more information about the extension e.g. CEID ##21 (that a guess based on the key programming but may be wrong)

the CEID refers to the Cluster Element ID digits used to dial a remote system and can be found in the Cluster Element Form

This will tell you what system the Digits are on and you can then log into that system and repeat the process Locate Number XXXX

This time it will tell you the form where it exists on that system.
