Export specification not found

Does anyone know what I should do If Access says a specification does not exists when running through code, but I look in saved specifications and can run it from there. I am using Access 2007

DoCmd.TransferText acExportDelim, "WfcExport", "WFC", "F:\KronosReports\WFC.txt"

When I click on saved exports it shows this export...when I run your query, it came up with no results

I assume every saved import/export specification is saved in the MSysIMEXSpecs table. I don't think your export specification is available.
