Export Single record

I am working on a new system that has to do with R&D's. One part of this includes proposed standard operating conditions (SOC's) which will be using the same structure of our commercialized SOC's. When a proposed SOC is finalized, how can I send this record to the other mdb.

We have also changed our ERP system, so where once an item number could represent multiple products of the same structure, the new erp item number is unique. This means that one old item number could now be ten new item numbers.

The problem is that the SOC form has 4 subforms and alot of data, with the main forms ID based on autonumber, so we can't just copy/paste in the table and change the new item number. How can I set it up so that the supervisors can replicate a single record?
