In my company we would like to export the shared calendar to an excel document, for easy tracking, but also to make it possible to exchange the calendar overview with people who do not have access to our shared calendard (partners of the company).

Does somebody have an idea how we can do this? How is this shared calendar stored? If it would be an XML-like file, I can read it out and make the excel calendar myself with this data? Or does somebody know how I could generate an XML-like output of the shared calendar.

thanks,
Bart

This is a product that probably does exactly what you want without having to go through the hassle you are trying to do. Not sure what your budget has in it, it is a bit pricey.

There is a bundle that gives you GWArchive, M+Guardian, and GWExtranet starting for around $4,500. You used to be able to buy it separately, not sure if you can anymore.

GWArchive and M+guardian are helluva good products so if you get them, you can't go wrong.
