my report has about 100 fields to display and about 400 000 records. I can't display it as it is, every thing is too bunched up. I can't export it in exel (would be the best choice) because exel doesn't take more then 64 000 lines. What else can I use to view this report? Access creates a table with field names first and field values after, so half of it is useles. Any good ideas?

what kind of data file are you using? Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office

what do you mean?

I use two views created in oracle to generate crystal report. Because I need to display almost 100 fields it doesn't look good in any document format. Exel is too limited. What else I can export it to in order it to be readable?
