When I export a report to Word, lines and boxes are lost. (The general layout is o.k.) Is there a way to retain lines/boxes when exporting to rtf-format ? Tips will be very much appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance

This doesn't directly answer your question, but you can download Snapshot Viewer from Microsoft. If you install this and save the report as a "snapshot" file, it can then be viewed (but not edited) by anyone who has Snapshop Viewer installed. They do not even need to have Access on their PC. Snapshot is an exact "picture" of the report. It can be viewed and printed, just not edited.

I am pretty sure you can not save the lines and boxes in RTF format.

You can get it here.

Tward is correct, OLE objects such as boxes and lines will not be exported as part of reports, no matter what format you use. Same thing happens with HTML format. Jim Lunde
