In Access 97, I have a 2 page report consiting of 3 subreports that I need to export to Word and then e-mail out to users. Even though when I look at this report and print it, it shows normally, several users experience a strange bug. The last line of the first page appears by itself on the second page, and the real second page is printed on a third page. It appears this way on the screen and when printed, even though the page numbering still says 1 of 2 on the first page, nothing on the second page, and 2 of 2 on the third page. Any ideas? Its word 97 that we are using and not all of the users experience the bug.

It's probably a function of the printer driver. Some printers, especially inkjet, require more spacing at the bottom to allow for driving the paper through the printer. These areas cannot be printed on so the printer driver compensates by changing the margins.
