If/when I export a report containing photos, which are entered as pasted into OLE object fields, to MS Word, the photos are not included in the Word file or print.
The only way I see to export and include the photos is to export as an SNP file, which then can be printed by someone else who also has MS Access.
In this case I will be sending the SNP file - or Word if I can make it work - to a printing firm some distance away for producing many copies of a booklet.
As an aside, the MDB file is now about 170MB with more data and photos to come and the SNP file (last time I tried) approaches the same size as the MDB file. So I guess I'll be writing to a CD and mailing. I have seen suggestions to NOT imbed but to link to photos, but doesn't that require sending all the same photos as separate files along with the SNP file?
