Can I place a report on a web site,containing Cust no Order no,order status and include two parameters in the report ie. Enter customer no, Enter order no.(as a type of security measure). From this would my customers be able to check thier order status online.If so how could I ensure the data contained within this report was up to date as possible(rael time data would be my aim).If it helps I am Running CR 8.5 MS sql server 200,with Sage line 500 as the front end.

1. Make sure the report doesn't have any saved data
2. Make sure the web server either has a copy of your Sage DB, or can connect to the Sage DB.
3. Install Crystal Enterprise on the web server
4. Install your report in a Web folder
5. Run the report from the url
http:\\server\webfolder\this.rpt
(you can also pass parameters via the URL - read the help files for information on this)
There is a free couple of CE licenses for web delivery inclued with CR8.5 Pro or Developer or Advanced editions.
